MEMBERSHIP
LEAD is the statewide professional association for economic developers. Our members include anyone working to grow Louisiana's economy: local and regional EDOs, chambers of commerce, utilities, ports, railroads, banks, engineering firms, real estate developers, and consultants. LEAD connects these professionals through training, advocacy, and peer engagement to strengthen the impact of economic development across the state.

Membership Types
Regular Member $250
Open to Louisiana residents whose primary responsibility (at least 50%) is economic or industrial development and are employed by local or regional economic development organizations, Louisiana Economic Development, utility companies, railway companies, or Louisiana-based ports, industrial airports or airparks.
Associate Member $350
Open to Louisiana residents employed by organizations supporting economic development and partnering with economic development such as local chambers of commerce, higher education institutions, workforce development entities, construction firms, legal firms, tax firms, and others as approved by the Board.
Non-Resident Member $200
Open to individuals outside Louisiana employed by organizations with investments and business interests in Louisiana.
Student Member $25
Open to students enrolled in Louisiana post-secondary education institutions.
